We have been there a couple of days with my friends. The staff are very friendly and helpful,the room was clean and fresh. We want to say thank you so much for your service. Especially Ms Ei she always smiles and helpful. And one again thank you so much.

Attended business meetings in this hotel for two weeks. The food was mediocre at best. The food hygiene is questionable, as there were too many flies at the restaurant all the time. There are no air curtains to prevent the flies from entering the hotel. The breakfast provided to us was not good at all. The facilities are not well maintained. Washrooms door handles broken, tissue isn't always available. The lady at the restaurant was rude and showed attitude consistently. The soft drinks were not available whenever we asked for them. Valet service is not available as well. Many other better options available in Sharjah. I do not recommend staying here.

In my opinion it's very funny when they call themselves a 5 star hotel. I think it's on a 1 star. The lobby looks cool , hotel corridors smell like toilet. Rooms so old and allot of scratch on furniture. The bed is so old and sofar with dirty. The electric switch is very old some work some not. Room service is awful if they answered a call they never came to you. They don't have signal cards on the door. You can see that it was Hilton and sold out. Not recommended at all.

Scam don't waste your money! 5 stars is not a real description!! Great view on the lagoon, that's it no other advantages. When checked in, dirty green towel and used hotel shoe inside a stinky room with smoke smell. Room changed, at second day you have to call the reception at least twice before getting anything done, for example changing a non functioning safe. Third day hot water defective in the shower, then it comes out with dirt!!!!! Maintenance guy says apparently due to maintenance issues!!! Last day alarm ro evacuate at 5 o'clock for unknown reason, after getting 13 floors downstairs you find someone telling you that's its now fine and you can get back to room, they could have announced it!!! People are generally nice but simply can't do a lot, and the hotel is very old. Bad facilities. It was very disappointing.

I like to recommend this hotel to all my friends , good location easy to access staffs are always welcome and helpful especially try to find Ms. Htet Ei in reception ,she is really professional the way she work and serve , she will accommodate room with good service. I will come back again. See you soon guys

Had a great time. In large part due to my guy Al Ameen!||Hotel was clean and cozy. Spacious rooms as well. Ret of the staff was great and friendly as well. Loved the desserts at the bakery. Would go just for that !
